The terms and conditions set out below apply to all orders which you as a consumer (“you”), place with us, Celuu Limited, trading as Celuu (“we”, “us” or “our”). This applies to online orders that are placed using the website: https://celuu.co.uk

Acceptance of our Terms & Conditions

Before placing an order, you must ensure that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies regarding the usage of our website and services. We advise that you make a copy of these policies for reference in the future. You agree to these Terms and Conditions, and other policies, when you place an order with us via our website. We do not operate telephone orders at this moment. If you do not accept our Terms and Conditions you may not place an order with us. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

UK Standard Next Day Delivery


Order before midday for guaranteed next day UK delivery. Orders received after midday will be delayed by 1 working day.

UK Saturday Delivery


Order any time before Friday midday for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 2 working days.

UK Sunday Delivery


Order any time before Friday midday for guaranteed Sunday delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delayed by 2 working days.


Delivery charges may fluctuate from time to time. We advise that you refer back to our Delivery Policy to keep up to date with any revisions. Any changes made to our delivery charges will be updated accordingly.

Royal Mail Freepost Service

At specified times, we offer a free returns service with UK Royal Mail. For orders qualifying for free returns, simply follow these steps:

  • Complete the Freepost returns label that you received with your order and affix to the packaging that your order came in, packaging, ensuring all previous delivery labels are covered. All of our packaging and courier bags are reusable, so please be sure to follow the instructions carefully on the bag before opening. To request a new returns label, please email returns@celuu.co.uk.
  • Fill out the Returns form and place it inside your parcel along with the items you are returning.
  • Take your parcel to any UK Post Office and don’t forget to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate. You should keep this until you have received your refund.
  • Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card, gift voucher or PayPal account that you used to originally make the payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.


Returns paid for by the customer

Unfortunately, there may be times that we are unable to offer free returns. If you would like to return an item, items must be sent at your own risk and cost, so we suggest that you use a reliable courier or Royal Mail. Ensure that your parcel is wrapped securely in the reusable packaging that you received with your original order. To return your item, please notify us via email before sending your parcel. Complete the delivery receipt provided with your initial parcel and affix the postage returns label onto the front of the parcel, before sending it back to us using your chosen courier.

Please note that we are unable to process returns at any of our physical stores or concessions, for items bought on our website.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges for items purchased on our website. If you would like to exchange an item for something from our website, we advise that you return your original item and order your desired item separately on our website.

Faulty or damaged items 

If you have received an item that was faulty or damaged, you may return the item for a replacement one. If you do not wish to receive a replacement item, we will be happy to offer a refund minus the delivery charge. Please note that you are responsible for all keeping all items safe before they are returned to us. We do not accept liability for goods damaged in transit and it is your responsibility to ensure items are packaged securely. We will process your refund on receipt of the returned item, based on its condition. Items must be returned unused, unless otherwise negotiated, and in the original packaging.


VAT is included in the value of the goods ordered. Therefore, we cannot refund any VAT charges.

Item Specifications

All colours, sizes and specifications on our website are accurate in relation to the physical garment. Occasionally, the colours you see may vary depending on the display colour calibration of your monitor. In this case, we cannot guarantee the colour you see will be the exact shade of the garment, though every effort has been made to ensure descriptions and images are accurate.

Garment sizes are accurate and consistent with the size guide that is displayed on the website. This is a general size guide intended to provide you with your Celuu size. In order to choose the best possible fit, we strongly advise that you:

  • Take your body measurements to accurately decipher your Celuu size
  • It is also advisable to transfer the measurements of garment lengths to your body to decipher whether or not the style is compatible with your taste.


Whilst we strive to ensure that all garments are in stock at the time of order, we cannot guarantee that a particular size, colour or specification will be available. If an item is no longer available and you have already placed your order, we will be in touch to arrange a refund or delivery of a similar item.


Before placing your first order with us, you must sign up for an account on our website. This is for security and helps to ensure that your details are saved for future orders. You must not give out your password or username to others. This is to ensure that your account and details remain confidential. By setting up an account, you are responsible for all activity performed on your account.

You are responsible for maintaining your personal details and account correctly. You must make sure all information provided to us is correct. If your personal details change you must inform us of this change. Personal information will only be used for the purposes you originally agreed to. We reserve the right to remove or edit website content, terminate and update accounts, refuse access to the website and cancel orders at our discretion. If we need to cancel your order, you will not be charged. If we need to cancel an order after the payment has been processed, you will be entitled to a refund.


We accept payments online using credit or debit card and PayPal. We only accept payments in Pounds Sterling (£GBP). The price you will be charged will be the price displayed on the website, which includes United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT). Gift wrapping and delivery is charged extra unless stated otherwise. If you purchase items from us online using a foreign currency denominated account, the usual exchange rate will be applied.

We strive to ensure all prices on our website are relevant and accurate. However, errors may occur occasionally. If we detect any error regarding the price of your order, we will contact you promptly. You may then choose to continue with your order at the reinstated price or cancel it for a refund.

If we are unable to contact you regarding this error, we will treat your order as cancelled. We will notify you of this change as soon as possible.

The prices displayed on our website apply to online purchases only using https://www.celuu.co.uk. Prices displayed on our website are not indicative of in-store concession prices. We reserve the right to update prices on our website.

The agreement between us

You make an offer to us to purchase items when you place an order on our website. We will accept your order once we have confirmed that the items are available and when we are satisfied with your payment. The contract between us is only created at the point when we accept your order. We will contact you if an item you have ordered is unavailable. Please see ‘item specifications’ for more details.

Acceptance of your online order

Orders can only be placed online. We do not offer a telephone order option at present. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an online order receipt. We will accept your order once we have processed your payment successfully. We will then send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The contract between us is created at the point when you receive your dispatch email.

If you have ordered multiple items and your dispatch note does not show all items, the contract will only be applicable to the items that are stated in the email. The contract for the missing items will only be formed when they have been dispatched separately. You will be given an order reference number to help you track your items.

Availability of items

If the items you have ordered are unavailable we will either:

  • Offer you a substitution of a similar quality and price
  • Cancel your order and offer you a refund if you have already been debited



We accept payment using either credit or debit card or PayPal. You may pay for your order on our checkout page, where you will be required to provide your payment details. We use the industry leading ‘Sagepay’ to securely process all payments online.

You will be provided with an online receipt confirming your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once you have received confirmation that your items have been dispatched. You must ensure that all details are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible if you do not receive confirmation from us, where you have failed to provide the correct details or in the event of an internal system failure that is beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us via email. We advise that you do not send any confidential information, such as payment details, via email. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Unless we have been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable for any losses sustained by you as a result of unauthorised access to the information you provide when ordering from us.

Risk & ownership

You assume all risk for the items ordered at the time they are delivered. Ownership of these items will be transferred once we receive payment in full. If you fail to pay for the items in full, we may claim from you the items that have been delivered.

Your right to cancel

You are legally entitled to cancel any items in your order within 14 working days of receipt of items. You may also cancel your order before dispatch. If you are unable to return items within 14 days, but still wish to return items, you must notify us of your intention to cancel your order within 14 days.

Gift items

Where you have received a gift item and wish to return it, the original buyer must return the item as normal and a refund will be credited to the card they paid on. Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges in-store or online.

Gift Vouchers

We may operate gift vouchers and discount promotions from time to time via our email newsletter. The full terms of each gift voucher will be made available via our email newsletter and are for online use only. Gift vouchers are for the amount or discount specified on the newsletter and are not redeemable for cash.

Privacy policy

We collect information when you communicate with us via email, website and telephone. We require information when you place an order to allow us to process your order. For more details regarding the information we collect, how we store it and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications

We may send you information via our email newsletter and post. You will have the choice to sign up for these updates on our website. We may also send you joint-promotions with other companies but we do not share your personal information with them. If you would like to stop receiving updates from us, please contact newsletter@celuu.co.uk.


We will be responsible for any losses sustained by you if we breach these Terms and Conditions, if the losses were predictable by all parties, when the contract between us was formed. We are not responsible to you or third party websites for business losses or loss and damage which has not resulted directly from our actions, or the actions of our associates, if the losses were not foreseeable by all parties when the contract between us was formed. We will only be liable for the price charged for the items ordered. Nothing in our Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence.

Events beyond our control

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, if the delay or failure was caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.

Revisions to our Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to revise our website, Terms and Conditions and other policies at any time. We may notify you if any considerable revisions are made, however we advise that you check back occasionally for changes. Any revisions we make, especially those required by law, may affect an order that you have already placed.


If you breach our Terms and Conditions and we do not take action, we remain entitled to use our rights in other circumstances where you are in breach.


Our Terms and Conditions are governed by and are in compliance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
